It is a pleasure to be member of the science teaching team at The American School of Vietnam and look forward to an awesome year of teaching across the high school science grades including grade 12 AP Physics.

Background Information:

I am a very well qualified teacher having over 20 years of experience in teaching high school sciences up to advanced level, 14 years of my teaching career being with international schools. My main teaching specialism is in teaching physics to advanced level all associated with being a firm believer in practical applications of science, to illustrate relevance of the subject to technologies we see everyday in our modern world.

Having past experience working in physics and chemistry research laboratories in the UK, prior to my teaching career enable me to bring the real world of science into the classroom, resulting in stimulating and interesting learning experiences for all science students.

Main interests: Theories of Cosmic origins, music, physiology and athletics.
